Troubleshooting
CAN GOVx ACK
ERROR
The Power Zone Governor
module #x failed to respond with
an acknowledge message to a
CAN bus message from the Main
Controller. The Main Controller
resends the CAN bus message a
number of times while waiting for
an acknowledge response before
triggering this warning. The
Governor module may be an
incompatible version with the
Main Controller or may have
corrupted firmware/settings.
The Power Zone Governor
has not acknowledged a
CAN bus message sent by
the Main Controller after
multiple attempts.
This warning will
automatically clear when
the Governor starts
acknowledging the Main
Controller’s messages.
CAN AVRx ACK
ERROR
The Power Zone AVR module #x
failed to respond with an
acknowledge message to a CAN
bus message from the Main
Controller. The Main Controller
resends the CAN bus message a
number of times while waiting for
an acknowledge response before
triggering this warning. The AVR
module may be an incompatible
version with the Main Controller
or may have corrupted firmware/
settings.
The Power Zone AVR has
not acknowledged a CAN
bus message sent by the
Main Controller after
multiple attempts.
This warning will
automatically clear when
the AVR starts
acknowledging the Main
Controller’s messages.
CAN BATx ACK
ERROR
The Power Zone Battery Charger
#x failed to respond with an
acknowledge message to a CAN
bus message from the Main
Controller. The Main Controller
resends the CAN bus message a
number of times while waiting for
an acknowledge response before
triggering this alarm. The Battery
Charger module may be an
incompatible version with the
Main Controller or may have
corrupted firmware/settings.
The Power Zone Battery
Charger has not
acknowledged a CAN bus
message sent by the Main
Controller after multiple
attempts.
This warning will
automatically clear when
the Battery Charger
starts acknowledging the
Main Controller’s
messages.
CAN UNKNOWN
ACK ERROR
A module with an unknown
address failed to respond with an
acknowledge message to a CAN
bus message from the Main
Controller. The Main Controller
resends the CAN bus message a
number of times while waiting
for an acknowledge response
before triggering this warning. It
may be harder to troubleshoot the
cause of this warning since the
address of the module is
unknown.
The Main Controller is
communicating over CAN
bus with an unknown
device and is expecting an
acknowledge response and
has not received one after
multiple attempts, but the
address of the module is
unknown, corrupted, or
invalid.
This warning will
automatically clear when
the Unknown module
starts acknowledging the
Main Controller’s
messages.
