Assembly Step 1: Connect Rail to Power Head

Connect the main rail section to the opener's power head.

Assemble the multi-piece rail sections together securely.

Garage Door Opener Installation

Installation Step 1: Install Header Bracket

Mount the header bracket to the garage wall above the door opening.

Installation Step 2: Install Garage Door Bracket

Attach the bracket to the garage door for connecting the opener arm.

Installation Step 3: Attach Rail to Header Bracket

Connect the assembled rail to the installed header bracket.

Installation Step 4: Attach Power Head to Garage

Securely mount the power head unit to the garage ceiling or structure.

Installation Step 5: Assemble and Connect Door Arms

Assemble and connect the door arms to the carriage and door bracket.

Installation Step 6: Install Safe-T-Beam System

Install the Safe-T-Beam® sensors and source for safety reversal.

Installation Step 7: Wall Console Installation

Mount and wire the wall console for controlling the opener.

Installation Step 8: Connecting Power

Connect the opener to the electrical power source.

Installation Step 9: Set Limit Switches and Force Controls

Configure limit switches and force settings for proper door operation.

Installation Step 10: Setting Contact Reverse Function

Test and verify the door's automatic reversal upon contact.
