PROCESS START
• Close and lock the door with the handle. Press the door locking key (7) on
sterilizers with automatic door locking, closing door.
• Select the appropriate process with the Program selection key (5).
For Classic display, use the navigator.
• Activate Start key (8). For Classic display, use the navigator. A password
(558) is required to run Bowie and Dick, Leaktest and Flash program.
• The process starts and the
indicator (2) shows that the process is
running.
• When the display indicates “FINISH” or “FINISH SERVICE” and the
indicator (3) lights up, the process is completed, open door.
• The
indicator will go off once the door is opened.

BETWEEN PROCESSES
• Make sure that the items are removed from the sterilizing chamber
immediately after the sterilization process.
• Remember when handling goods and loading that the chamber and door
are very warm.
• When running a 121 °C program after a 134 °C program, wait about 15
minutes before starting.
• Close but do not lock the door.
END OF DAY ROUTINE
• Close but do not lock the door. The sterilizer can be left with the electric
power supply on.
• Shut off the external water supply.
• Do not leave instruments in the chamber for longer periods such as
overnight, which might damage the instrument.
• Do not run any processes if the autoclave is left unattended for longer
periods such as overnight.
• To be performed according to the quality routines on installation site.
• Check that the door is steam tight during the process.
• Check that the sterilizer can not be started if the door is not correctly closed
and locked.

CAUTION!
• If ”FINISH” is not shown in the display, items may have been put in the
chamber by someone else, and have not yet been sterilized.
• If the

indicator (4) is lighting after the sterilizing process, the load
shall not be considered as sterile and must be re-sterilized.
• Items may never be left in the chamber between processes.
• Unload the sterilizer only after determining the effectiveness of the cycle.
• Unloaded goods can’t be wet after sterilization.
• The door and chamber area could be HOT. Wear personal protective
equipment when loading and uloading the chamber.
