ERROR CODES (RED LED AND BUZZER)
The display may show several error codes. When the Indicator (4) is lit,
the goods is to be considered as non-sterile and must be re-sterilized. Listed
below are the most common error codes.
MALFUNCTIONS
GENERAL
• External plates must not be removed by anyone other than a technician
with documented experience.
• Check that the sterilizer is connected to the mains (on sterilizers with
automatic doors also to air).
• Check that the red indicator lamp is out.
• Check that the water supply and any fi lters and connected demineralizing
equipment are operational.
• Check that no goods have been caught between chamber and door.

TROUBLESHOOTING
STERIL ERROR In sterilizing phase: Temperature out of range
(134-137°C) or difference between pressure
sensors exceed 0,1bar or difference between
temperature sensors exceeded 1,5 °C

PRESSURE
The sterilizer has not reached the turning point
in the sterilizing process.

COLD
The sterilizer has been overloaded or left with
the door open between sterilization cycles.

One of the temperature sensors is broken. 1 Contact service
SERVICE Time for service. The autoclave has run 1,200
cycles since its last service.

CHECK WATER
QA
The water quality has to be checked. If neces-
sary, change the fi lter in the deionizing system.
The sterilizer will run for 20 sterilizing process-
es. However, the sterilizer can be run for 30
processes before being blocked.

WATER QA
ERROR
The sterilizer has been run with the “CHECK
WATER QA” alarm for more than 20 processes,
and has been blocked. The fi lter/water must
be replaced in order for the sterilizer to work
again. Repeated process start attempts may be
necessary before the process starts.
