PROCESS INTERRUPTED
IF THE STERILIZER STOPS DURING A PROCESS
Avanti: The display shows the symbol magnifi ed and turns completely
red. Reset the alarm by pushing the magnifi ed indicator.
Classic: The indicator (4) is enlightend. Reset the alarm by pushing
the Enter key (12).
The buzzer will stop and the display indicates “WAIT” (will take several
minutes). Once “WAIT” disappears, push the indicator / Enter key (12)
(depending on if Avanti or Classic) and the indication disappears on
the loading side.
Open the door / push Door opening key (6) (depending if manual or
automatic door). The sterilizer is ready to be used again.
Open the door and check:
- that no material is caught between the door and chamber.
- that the fi lter in the chamber is not obstructed.
Check that the water tap is open.
If a situation occurs, that demands the sterilizer to be turned off, or if a
process needs to be interrupted, press Emergency stop (20) whereby
the text ”EMERGENCY STOP” is shown on the display. The audio signal
sounds and:
Avanti: The display turns red and shows the indicator (4) magnifi ed.
Classic: The indicator (4) lights.
Reset the emergency stop button by turning it clockwise.
Reset the alarm:
Avanti: Push the magnifi ed indicator (4).
Classic: Push Enter key (12). The buzzer will stop and the display indicates
“WAIT” (will take serveral minutes). Once “WAIT” disappears, push
the indicator / Enter key (12) (depending on if Avanti or Classic)
and the red indication disappears. Open the door / push Door
opening key (6) (depending on if manual or automatic door). The
sterilizer is ready to be used again.
Only the loading door can be opened after an interrupted process (applies
to double-door version).
WARNING!
There is a risk in connection with an interrupted process of steam
streaming out of the chamber when the door is opened.
