Setting up the handset for use
The display is protected by a plastic film.
Please remove the protective film!
Inserting the battery and closing the battery coverr

Use only the rechargeable battery recommended by Gigaset Communications

personal injury. For example, the outer casing of the battery could be damaged
or the battery could explode. The phone could also malfunction or be damaged
as a result of using batteries that are not of the recommended type.

tact surface facing down a.
¤ Then press the battery down-
wards b until it clicks into place.
¤ First, align the protrusions
on the side of the battery
cover with the notches on
the inside of the casing.
¤ Then press the cover until it
clicks into place.
