Requirements Hysteresis
Air Conditioner Enable Throttle Position will Enable when below 100%
Air Conditioner Enable Engine Speed will Disable when above 8500 rpm
Air Conditioner Refrigerant Pressure will Enable when below 2500 kPa
Air Conditioner Refrigerant Pressure will Re
-Enable when below 2000 kPa
Air Conditioner Refrigerant Pressure will Enable when above 50 kPa
Air Conditioner Coolant Temperature will Disable when above 115 C
Air Conditioner Coolant Temperature will Re
Air Conditioner Cockpit Temperature will Disable when below 1 C
Air Conditioner Cockpit Temperature will Re
-Enable when above 5 C
The Air Conditioning system is only enabled when several requirements are met:
• The Coolant Fans will enable when the Air Conditioning system is enabled and Vehicle Speed is less than 50km/h
• If the Fans enable/disable continually this is usually due to the Air Conditioner Refrigerant Pressure exceeding 2500 kPa
• AC system design for use with R134a gas and
UCON 244 PAG oil
• Standard charge of 450g gas and 150cc oil
