To Stop Network Scan
Briey press the
SCAN
OS/GS
key. The animated icon will stop. As long as the
radio was not on a busy channel, it will return to the last channel you selected,
otherwise it will stay on the busy channel.
Using Priority Channels with Network Scan
If you need to use your Priority Channel (for an urgent call or an emergency),
briey press the PRI1 or PRI2 key. The Network Scan will be cancelled, and the
radio will jump straight to the selected Priority Channel. When your conversation
has nished, press the
SCAN
OS/GS
key to restore the Network Scan.
