Tuner Audio

Most television programs are
broadcast in stereo. However,
in certain circumstances, you
may wish to set the Tuner
Audio to mono, SAP, TV+SAP,
or Simulcast.
Open “Setup Menu”
Press and hold the Menu button for 3 sec-
onds.
Select “Tuner & Channel List”
Press 3.
Select “Tuner Audio”
Press the down arrow until Tuner Audio is
selected.
Set “Tuner Audio”
Press the right arrow repeatedly to set Tuner
Audio to:
• Stereo — Two-channel Hi-Fi sound split
into left and right channels. When a show is
not broadcast in stereo, the sound reverts to
Mono.
• Mono — Monaural, or single-channel,
audio. Combines left and right audio
signals. Use when connecting the VCR to a
Mono output device, such as a monitor.

5 : Reset Factory Settings
