Pressure Relief Procedure
, page 17.

Flush Gun
, page 21.

Remove fluid manifold (G). Leave air connected.
4.
Disassemble Front End
, page 33.
5.
Disengage safety lock, page 11. Trigger and detrig-
ger gun once to release Polycarballoy Mix Module
(39) from fluid housing (7). Remove Polycarballoy
Mix Module. Engage safety lock.

Push new Polycarballoy Mix Module (39) onto rod
(31) as far as possible.
WARNING
Keep fingers away from mix module (39) when doing
step 7.
7.
Trigger gun and hold, to pull Polycarballoy Mix
Module tight into fluid housing (7).
8.
Reassemble Front End

9.
Adjust Purge Rod
, page 14.
10.
Attach fluid manifold. Return gun to service.
