9 TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Conrmation Items Cause Solution
The starting and the end
point are not jointed for the
rst object.
Conrm the blade turns
smoothly.
It will not joint if the blade
does not turn smoothly.
Replace the blade holder
or the blade if it does not
turn smoothly.
Conrm the blade and
blade type is matching
at the cutting condition.
It will not joint if the
wrong type of blade is
setting in the cutting
condition.
Set the correct blade
type to the cutting
condition.
Conrm it is cutting the
thin and soft media.
The blade will not turn
by initial blade control if
the OFFSET FORCE is
low.
Increase the OFFSET
FORCE a little.
Or
Make a extra cutting
before the rst object.
Conrm it is cutting the
heard media.
The blade will not turn
by initial blade control if

Conrm the rmware
version and the version
of Cutting Master 3.
The CE6000 locks when
the rmware version is
older than V1.90 and it
locks when the version
of Cutting Master 3 is
older than 2.1.211.
Update the rmware for
the CE6000 to the latest
version.
And update the Cutting
Master 3 to the latest
version.
Conrm other cutting
software is not running
on the PC.
Conrm the Graphtec
Studio is not running on
the PC.
The Cutting Master 3 is
communicating with the
CE6000 always.
Therefore it will conict
when the other software
is run.
Exit the other cutting
software.
The CE6000 locks when
the data is outputting from
the Graphtec Studio.
Conrm the rmware
version and the version
of Graphtec Studio.
The CE6000 locks when
the rmware version is
older than V1.90 and it
locks when the version
of Cutting Master 3 is
older than 2.1.200.
Update the rmware for
the CE6000 to the latest
version.
And update the Caphtec
Studio to the latest
version.
Conrm other cutting
software is not running
on the PC.
Conrm the Cutting
Master 3 is not running
on the PC.
The Graphtec Studio is
communicating with the
CE6000 always.
Therefore it will conict
when the other software
is run.
Exit the other cutting
software.
