9.1 Maintaining the product
9.2 CU 352
CU 352 is maintenance-free. Keep the unit clean and dry, and
protect it against direct sunlight. For ambient temperature, see
section 12. Technical data.
10. Fault finding

- Switch off the power supply before you start any
work on the product.
- Lock the main switch with a padlock to ensure that
the power supply cannot be accidentally switched
on.

minutes before you start any work on the product.
- Make sure that the power supply cannot be
accidentally switched on.
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The system has stopped and
cannot restart.
The primary sensor is defective.
Replace the sensor.
Transmitters with 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA output
signals are monitored by the system.
The cable is broken or short-circuited.
Repair or replace the cable.
The power supply is disconnected. Connect the power supply.
CU 352 is defective.
Contact Grundfos.
The power supply is disconnected. Connect the power supply.
The main switch is switched off. Switch on the main switch.
The main switch is defective. Replace the main switch.
The motor protection is activated. Contact Grundfos.
