9.3 Decommissioning
9.3.1 Cleaning, rust-proofing
Clean away any dirt and dust from the product. Clean the product thor-
oughly. Dispose of any cloths soaked in oil or grease in an environmentally
friendly manner. Ü287
Apply corrosion protection to all bright parts.
9.3.2 Transport securing devices
On unbraked motors, mount the transport securing devices.
9.3.3 Identification
Label the product with the following data:
• Date of decommissioning
• Internal machine number/name
• Additional data as per internal guidelines
