The following table provides some examples of errors and alerts that you may
encounter and includes the error code, display message, probable cause, and
recommended solution. For error codes that are displayed on the analyzer but
are not included in the table, please contact the local Haemonetics
representative for assistance.

1000 The instrument has
unexpectedly been reset.
The analyzer was
unexpectedly reset while
idle.
Turn the power off and
then back on to reboot the
analyzer. If the problem
persists, contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
1005 Power-On-Self-Test
optics error.
During POST, one or
more photodetectors are
reading abnormally high
or low, or it was not
possible to calibrate the
excitation LED(s) as
desired.
Turn the power off and
then back on to reboot the
analyzer. If the problem
persists, contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
1010 Power-On-Self-Test
vacuum leak error.
A vacuum leak was
detected during POST.
Turn the power off and
then back on to reboot the
analyzer. If the problem
persists, contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
