2003 The instrument has
unexpectedly been reset
during a Test
The analyzer was
unexpectedly reset while a
test was running.
Turn the power off and
then back on to reboot the
system. Remove the
cartridge and rerun the
test using a new cartridge.
If the problem persists,
contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
3000 Sample temperature out of
range for one or more
channels
At least one channel has a
heater temperature which
is more than the maximum
temperature deviation
from the set point for that
channel.
Remove the cartridge and
contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
3005 DC offset out of range for
one or more channels.
Optics error during data
collection
Remove the cartridge and
rerun the test using a new
cartridge. If the problem
persists, contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
3008 Sample initial fill level out
of range for one or more
channels.
Too little sample was
delivered to the cartridge
rings, may indicate issues
with optics, pressure or
cartridge
Remove the cartridge and
rerun the test using a new
cartridge. If the problem
persists, contact the local

3009 Sample has evaporated
in one or more channels.

indicated by progressive
optical sensor output
change.

be run again to enable
patient tests
QC interval has been
