HI6321 is Hanna’s
®
advanced benchtop conductivity meter with a large touch screen display and streamlined design.
Each HI6321 is supplied with:
• HI7631233 EC and resistivity probe
• HI764060 electrode holder with following accessories:
•
base plate (with integrated pivot pin) and screw (requires installation)
•
cable holder clip, attached
•
electrode holder with adapter, attached
• EC calibration starter kit consisting of:
•
1413 μS/cm standard solution (4 sachets)
•
12880 μS/cm standard solution (2 sachets)
•
5000 μS/cm standard solution (2 sachets)
• Electrode rinse solution (2 sachets)
• 24 VDC power adapter

Note: Save all packing material until you are sure the instrument works correctly. Any damaged or defective
item must be returned in its original packing material with the supplied accessories.
2. SAFETY MEASURES
Handling & Usage Precautions
The unit, while not fragile, can be damaged by improper handling and usage.
• Transport the unit with all cables removed.
• Keep the unit on a stable and even surface, away from contact with liquid.
• Avoid excessive dirt and dust.
• Protect the unit from contact with food, oils, and chemicals.
• If the device becomes wet, gently wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth.
• Keep away from direct sunlight.
• Use in a safe place that is appropriate to application requirements.
• Use attachments and accessories specified in this manual only.
• Capacitive touchscreen and buttons – operate without applying pressure.
• Do not puncture the capacitive touchscreen or drop the unit.
• Do not use the device near heat sources.
• Do not place objects on top of the device.
• Do not insert objects into the ports, spaces around keys, other than the intended cable, USB drive.
