11 Connection
First prepare your workplace.
Read and observe here point 10 "Preparing Workplace and Welding Pro-
cess".
Electric shock hazard
Leave the stud welding unit switched off during connection of the connec-
ting leads.
In this way you can avoid any unintentional starting of the welding process.
Secure the cables.
Strong magnetic elds are generated during the welding process that can
lead to whipping of the cables. This can cause the cables to come out of the
plug sockets.
