Remove the exhaust
filter
 Remove the filter cover (Figure 10:3) from
the vacuum pump (Figure 10:1)
 Screw the old filter (Figure 10:2) out of the
vacuum pump

Install the new filter
 Screw the new filter in the vacuum pump
 Make sure the O-ring is properly placed
on the filter inlet
 Install the filter cover
