10.4.5 F – Query parameter
The command „F“ can be used to query the value of a public parameter of the device.

The reader sends an individual protocol packet for the requested public parameter.
The values returned in the response for the data elements parameter number and parameter
value are each hexadecimal values (0-F or 00-FF).
In the case of two-digit hexadecimal parameter numbers (Parameter
No.), the parameter number and the parameter value double-digit
hexadecimal are also used in the response.
