Symptom Problem Solution
Drivebox Check that the drivebox is
able to turn. Check the
connection between the
hydraulic drive motor and
the gearbox. Check the oil
level in the drive box.
Bogie wheel running off
center
Bogie wheel bushings Change the bogie wheel
bushing. Check that the
bogie wheel connection is
tight.
Bogie wheel worn Replace bogie wheel. Use
Highline parts
Rock bat not moving rocks Bat springs Check tension on the bat
springs. Tighten to full
tension.
Cushion valve Cushion valve not allowing
for hydraulic pressure to
build. Replace valve with
Highline part
Rock bat is flopping Bat springs Check for loose or broken
springs. Tighten springs to
full tension. Replace broken
spring with Highline part
Reel bolts loose Tighten bolts
Apron
Symptom Problem Solution
Apron does not lower Apron Transport Locks Remove both apron
transport locks. Place in the
storage positions
Apron lowers while
transporting
Apron Transport Locks Fully raise the apron by
retracting lift cylinders.
Install both apron transport
locks
Tines are loose Tine Bolts Tighten upper and lower tine
bolts
