Hitch Position 2 -Single Tractor Tire

8. Move the hitch into the working position.
Note: There are 2 possible working hitch
positions:
Position 1 is designed for use with a
tractor having dual rear tires.

Position 2
is designed for use with a
tractor having single rear tires.
- Refer to Section 3 "Preparing the
Rockpicker - Hitch Working Positions"
for information on how to move hitch
components for the desired hitch
position.
To move the hitch into working position:
- Drive ahead slowly.
- Fully extend the hitch cylinder.
- The rockpicker will move to the right
side of the tractor.
Keep people back when moving
the hitch. The hitch and rockpicker
can move quickly. Contact with
the moving hitch or rockpicker can
cause serious injury or death.
