4.2.2 YUV+RAW
For the HM-TM36-LG/D thermal camera module with the YUV + RAW video data output, the video output
is external synchronization data, and the frequency of pixel clock is 54 MHz.
YUV+RAW output combines two data into one stream and attaches data to RAW to provide parameters of
thermal camera module. The packaging format is shown in Figure 4-6.

LINE + 4 valid lines, in which the former LINE is valid data line, and the last 4 lines are attached data
lines.
The former PIX pixels in valid line are 16 bits YUV data, in which the high 8 bit is Y, and the low 8 bit is
UV.
The last PIX pixels in valid line are 14 bits RAW data.
Attached data lines are set in LINE + 1 line and behind the RAW data.
The frequency of the pixel clock is 54 MHz.
Data output format of HM-TM36-LG/D thermal camera module is shown in Figure 4-7.

Output observable data in YUV format. The high 8 bits
are Y data, and the low 8 bits are UV data.
Output raw data. The low 14 bits are valid in 16
bits, and high bit zero fill.
