Chapter 5. Key Operation
There are four keys for the thermal camera module: M key, C key, + key, and – key, and the functions vary
among different menus and interfaces.
Note:
The thermal camera module can be operated through serial port command of corresponding key
operation, refer to 3.8.18 Menu Operation.
5.1 Live View Interface
The device supports shortcut keys for quick adjustment in live view interface:
 Press + key to adjust the zoom.
 Press - key to switch the palette.
 Press + key and - key at the same time to enable external correction/FFC, and the operation depends on
the FFC mode.
 Press C key to enable/disable the reticle.
 Press M key and C key at the same time to enable/disable the CVBS.
Note:
The CVBS of HM-TM36-LG/S thermal camera module is enabled by default, and can also be adjusted
through serial port command. Refer to 3.8.18 Menu Operation.
 Hold M key to enable/disable the OSD.
5.2 Main Menu
The main menu is shown in Figure 5-1. The prompt box displays the current menu function and the
parameter, and the OSD displays the current device status.
The main menu includes Brightness, Contrast, Palette, Zoom, Reticle, CVBS, FFC, DPC, Save, Language, and
Restore.
