Error Code 24
Empty error. The steam generator could not be emptied during flushing. The level
sensor reports high water level when the generator is emptied. Drain maybe blocked.
Steps Check list Solution
1 Go to the test menu and activate the
boiler empty pump.
If pump is running find the
block in the drain tubes
2 If pump is not running, meassure that the
pump receives 230V.
3 Pump is receiving 230V and pump is trying
to rotate but it is stuck
Check that there is no scaile
or foreign objects blocking
the empty pump. Remove
scale or foreign ombject from
empty pump.
4 Use the test menu to check if the signal
from the water level sensor reads the
empty and full signal.
Clean and descale the level
sensor, and test it using the
test menu, and then check
if the generator can be
emptied now.
5 - Change the computer.
Error Code 25
The ClimaOptima function has not been calibrated.
Steps Check list Solution
1 Go to the service menu to calibrate. Restart the calibration
process. The oven must be
cold.
