Configuring the Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope
This section describes how to configure the following items for the
HP 54645D Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope, including changing the logic
threshold for input signals.
To change the logic threshold for input signals

Press
Label/Threshold
.

Press the
Threshold Menu
softkey to display the range of channels for
which you want to set the logic threshold, and the available logic
thresholds.

Press the
Set
softkey to select a group of digital channels.
You can set thresholds for digital channels
D0-D7
and
D8-D15
.

Press the
TTL
,
CMOS
, or
ECL
softkey to choose a preset threshold.

To set a different threshold, press the softkey just to the right of the
ECL
softkey (see the following figure). Then, vary the threshold voltage from
-6.00 V to 6.00 V with the Entry knob.

If you want to set the threshold for the other group of channels,
select the other group and do steps 4 and 5 again.
You can exit the threshold setting menu by pressing
Previous Menu
or
another front-panel key.
