Software and Firmware Warranty
Hewlett-Packard warrants that the software or firmware, when properly
installed, will not fail to execute their programming instructions due to
defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from
the date of purchase from HP or its Authorized Reseller. If HP receives
notice of such defects within the warranty period, HP will at its option
either repair or replace the software or firmware media that does not
execute its programming instructions due to such defects, or refund the
purchase price.
