Model 83522A Operation
FREQ CAL PROCEDURE
1. Press 8350A INSTR PRESET CW 5 0 MHz
2. Press 83522 a (50 MHz MARKER FREQUENCY switches on
3. Adjust FREQ
CAL @ control until MKR lamp is on.
4. Press 8350A 1 0
5. Press 83522A 10 MHz @ Marker.
6.
Fine adjust FREQ CAL @control (if needed) until MKR lamp is on.
7. Press 83522A @ Marker.
8.
A small adjustment of FREQ
CAL@ control may be needed for MKR lamp to light
