Measuring S-Parameters using a Two-Port Calibration
23.When the instrument prompts you, connect three 3.5 mm standards
(open, short, and load) to the port 1 test cable as shown in the graphic
on the following page.
24.Press after connecting each standard.
25.When the instrument prompts you, connect three type-N standards
(open, short, and load) to the port 2 test cable—as shown in the
graphic above.
26.Press after connecting each standard.
27.The analyzer will measure each standard and then calculate new
calibration coefficients. The message "Calibration complete."
will appear for a few seconds when the analyzer is done calculating
the new error correction array.
