1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (

2. Remove the rear I/O panel (

3. Remove the mounting bracket cover (

4. Remove the display head back panel (

5. Remove the display head from the stand (

on page 90).
6. Remove the rear metal plate (
Rear Metal Plate (EMI shield) on page 91).
7. Loosen the four captive screws that secure the heat sink to the system board.
