Installing compute modules
Depending on the compute modules installed in your frame:
• Install device bay partitions.
• Install a full-height compute module.
• Install a half-height compute module.
Installing a full-height compute module
The HPE Synergy 12000 Frame ships with three device bay shelves installed to support a 12 half-height compute module
configuration. To install a full-height compute module, remove the device bay shelves and corresponding blanks.
