Why is my hpmont HD3L-4T3P7 overheating?

The hpmont Controller's heatsink may be overheating due to several reasons: the ambient temperature is too high, there is poor external ventilation, the fan is faulty, or there's a fault in the temperature detection circuit. To resolve this, consider using a controller with a higher power capacity, improve ventilation around the controller, or replace the cooling fan.
