If the hpmont Controller is overloaded, this could be due to several reasons: the acceleration time might be too short, the V/f curve or torque boost settings could be causing overcurrent, the mains supply voltage might be too low, or the motor load could be too high. To resolve this, try adjusting the acceleration time and the V/f curve or torque boost. Also, check the mains supply voltage and consider using a controller with a more suitable power rating.
