8.1 System Power-O
Precautions
WARNING
● After the system powers o, the remaining electricity and heat may still cause
electric shocks and body burns. Therefore, wear protective gloves 5 minutes
after the system is powered o before performing any operation on the
battery.You can maintain the battery only when all indicators on the battery are
o.
● When the ESS is running, you can only turn o the DC switch of the battery,
but cannot power o the ESS completely. In this case, you cannot maintain the
battery.
Powering O the System
Step 1 Turn o the AC switch between the inverter and the power grid.
Step 2 Turn o the DC switch at the bottom of the inverter.
Step 3 Turn o the DC switch between the PV string and the inverter if there is any.
Step 4 Turn o the DC switch on the battery.

8.2 Routine Maintenance
To ensure that the battery can operate properly for a long term, you are advised
to perform routine maintenance on it as described in this chapter.
CA UTION
Before cleaning the system, connecting cables, and ensuring the grounding
reliability, power o the system.
