The fact of cause phenomenon is
that computers and some other manufactory devices automatically adopt daylight saving time and MA5600T

1. Chekced that NTP server works properly
2. Debug NTP service on MA5600T

s:
1.Check the vlan traffic on the DSLAM. Command:
#display statistics vlan 2490.
2.After analyzed the traffic, if we have got upstream traffic and we don't have downstream traffic.
3.Check the connectivity to BRAS: Command:
#display mac-address vlan 2490.
We should have an MAC-entry on uplink port from BRAS machine.
Example:
eth 0013-c308-fa60 dynamic 0 /19/0 - 2543 << Vlan and MAC associated on uplink port.
4.If we don't have this entry. We can locate this problem is came from BRAS/Datacom department.
