Change the port and replace the H813e. The fault, however, persists. Check the data
configuration. A multicast VLAN is configured on this port. Delete this multicast VLAN
and then the fault is rectified.

Summary:
Consult R&D engineers and then find that this restriction exists on the H813e (this
restriction exists on all ONTs with PMC chips). That is, when the PVID of a port of the
H813e is configured to be the same as the multicast VLAN, the port is in the faulty state
and cannot forward packets normally. Therefore, in the similar networking, mitigate this
problem through configurations.

The SmartBits is used to transmit 100 M broadcast traffic from the upstream port of the
MA5680T to the PON port. The FE port of the ONT, however, cannot receive any traffic.

s:
1. The fault may be caused by the data configuration of the upstream port, but the
upstream port can forward the unicast packets. Therefore, the fault is not caused by the
data configuration.
2. The fault may be caused by the broadcast suppression of port 0/19/0. Run the display
traffic-suppress command to query the port, and it is found that although the broadcast
suppression is enabled, the maximum bandwidth is limited to 9265 kbit/s. Therefore, the
ONT can receive certain traffic. Disable the broadcast suppression. It is found that the
ONT cannot receive any traffic, either. The collected data is as follows:
