ss:
1. Check the status of the UA5000 MG interface. It is found that the interface is normal.
2. Check data on both the UA5000 and the SoftSwitch. It is found that the data is consistent. In
addition, the port number and IP address correspond with each other.
3. The network device may screen the port of the IUA link. Check the configurations of the
UA5000, SoftSwitch, and intermediate network device. It is found that the local port for the
UA5000 IUA link is not enabled on the SoftSwitch firewall. Modify the configuration of the
firewall. Then the problem is solved.

The IUA link and the MG interface use different ports to register with the SoftSwitch. The
bearer network and the SoftSwitch should enable the port of the IUA link.
