3.13.1.1 Set or Unset Landmark as Possible Destination
Upon selecting this option, the StellarTrek will ask you to set or unset the current landmark as a
possible destination. When you unset a landmark as a possible destination, it will no longer appear
in the list of destinations upon setting a route.
Press Confirm to set or unset the landmark as a destination.
3.13.1.2 Delete Landmark
Upon selecting this option, the StellarTrek prompts you to delete the current landmark selected.
Press Confirm to Delete.
3.13.1.3 Rename Landmark
There are two ways to rename a landmark: either by typing or by recording.
If you choose to type the name of the landmark, use the Up or Down arrow to reach the item
Rename landmark with text and press Confirm. The device will announce “Enter landmark’s
name”. Type the name of your choice using the text-entry method and press Confirm when you
are done.
If you choose to record the name, use the Up or Down arrow to reach the item “Rename landmark
with audio” and press Confirm. The device will announce “Record landmark’s name” and emit a
beep, indicating the beginning of recording. Say the name of the landmark. After 4 seconds,
recording ends with a beep and message, indicating that the recording was saved.
3.13.1.4 Delete all Landmarks
Selecting this item will delete all landmarks saved on your device. The device will prompt you to
confirm the deletion. If you are sure you wish to delete all landmarks, confirm by pressing the
Confirm button.
Note that if your landmarks are sorted by city, the option becomes Delete all landmarks for this
city.
3.13.2 Configuring Routes
To configure a route on your device, press and hold the Go To button, select the desired route
using the Left and Right arrows. Use the Up and Down arrows to select the operation you wish
to perform on the route.
Operations include:
• Delete route
• Rename route
Press Confirm to trigger the selected operation.
3.13.2.1 Deleting Route:
Upon selecting this option, the StellarTrek prompts you to delete the selected route. Press Confirm
to Delete.
3.13.2.2 Renaming Route:
You can rename a route by recording its name. Use the Up or Down arrow to reach the item
“Rename route” and press Confirm. The device will announce “Record route’s name” and emit
a beep, indicating the beginning of recording. Say the name of the route. After 4 seconds, recording
ends with a beep and a message, indicating that the recording was saved.
