5.3 Adjust system and control parameters to optimize PID
1. Set the current static distance to (1mm)
2. set the default PID parameters, P = 20, I = 0, D = 0
3. Switch the system to automatic
4. Monitor the A19 signal on the oscilloscope
5. Increase P until it oscillates (P-Param). When changing P, you need to repeat steps 2
through 5.
6. Set P to 75% of the oscillation value.
7. Set I to 30% of the P value.
