The major key characteristics of the utility node system are as follows:
• IBM Storage Scale software all-inclusive software feature licensing.
• Onboard ports:
– 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports at front
– 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports at rear to attach keyboard for KVM access
– 1 VGA port for KVM access
– 2 RJ-45 10 GbE ports: one for SSR and the other for the host's management/campus connection
– 1 RJ-45 1 GbE for BMC/IPMI
• Preinstalled 2U riser card C and riser card D (single socket) – Gen 4 x16 PCI slots
– Riser C for CX-6 VPI adapter (FC AJZL)
– Riser D for 4-port 10 GbE adapter (FC EN2X)
• Preinstalled 2U riser cards (B/C/D) (dual socket) – Gen 4 x16 PCI slots
