Appendix A. Library Conguration Forms

Make a copy of these forms, and ll them out as you are installing and conguring your library.

Update the forms each time that changes are made to the library conguration and store these forms in a

secure location. Having the information on these forms are helpful if a call to IBM

service is necessary.

You can also save library conguration data from the Management GUI. See “Locating Management

functions” on page 65.
