Hold down to transmit, release to receive.
IMPORTANT: When using the optional HS-98
First set the “MIC Type” item to “HS-98.” (p. 89) Then,
turn OFF the transceiver, and connect the HS-98. After
turning ON the transceiver again, you can use the HS-98.
q SPEAKER SWITCH
When the switch is set to the “
” position:
You can hear the received audio from the internal or
external speaker.*
When the switch is set to the “
” position:
Mutes the internal or external speaker* output.
• You can hear the received audio from the handset.
Put the handset into the cradle to output the received
audio from the internal or external speaker.*
