■ Using the Menu screen
The Menu screen is used to set items, select options, and
so on for the transceiver’s functions.
D Using the Menu screen
Example: Setting the key beep to “Off.”
1. Push [MENU].
• The Menu screen is displayed.
2. Push[▲],[▼],orrotate[DIAL]toselect“Configuration,”
and then push [ENT].
• The“CONFIGURATION”screenisdisplayed.
L Holdingdown[▲]or[▼]sequentiallyscrollsupordown
through the Menu screen.
3. Push[▲],[▼],orrotate[DIAL]toselect“KeyBeep,”
then push [ENT].
• The“KEYBEEP”screenisdisplayed.
4. Push[▲],[▼],orrotate[DIAL]toselect“Off,”thenpush
[ENT].
L “Off” is set and the transceiver returns to the previous
screen.
TIP:
L To exit the Menu screen, push
EXIT
or [MENU].
L To return to the previous screen, push
BACK
or[CLR].
