4.6 Troubleshooting
Error status
TICKET ERROR
Please check if the ticket dispenser is
jammed or out of tickets.
Go to[Main Menu] > [Hardware Test] >
[Payout Test] to test the ticket dispenser.
If the test is non-responsive, please
contact the local dealership to exchange
the ticket dispenser for assistance.
Please shut down the machine, then
restart the machine.
Go to[Main Menu] >[Hardware Test] >
[Payout Test] to test the ticket dispenser.
If the test is non-responsive, please
contact the local dealership.
Game in progress,please wait before
entering.then press the Test Key to enter
the[Main Menu].
Verify there are currently no players
awaiting tickets, then press the Test
Key to enter the [Main Menu].
Please verify that the volume knob on the
control panel operates normally.
Go to[Main Menu] > [Hardware Test] >
[Sound Test] to test the speakers.
If there are no sounds during test, please
contact the local dealership for
assistance.
