P Previous [ ] button
Restarts the current song. Press it twice to select the
previous song.
Q Repeat button*
Used with the repeat function.
R Random button*
Used with the shuffle function.
* Buttons marked with an asterisk (*) are not supported
by 3rd generation iPod models.
An Onkyo cassette recorder connected via can be
controlled in Receiver mode.
On twin cassette decks, only Deck B can be controlled.

Turns the cassette recorder on or off.
B Reverse Play [ ] button
Starts reverse playback.
C Rewind and Fast Forward [ ]/[ ] buttons
The Rewind [ ] button starts rewind. The Fast
Forward [ ] button starts fast forward.
D Vol [ ]/[ ] button (22)
Adjusts the volume of the AV receiver.
E Muting button (23)
Mutes or unmutes the AV receiver.
F Play [ ] button
Starts playback.
G Stop [ ] button
Stops playback.
