      Jeffrey ButlerAug 20, 2025

How to troubleshoot no sound from Integra DTR-5 Receiver center speaker?
    • B
      Becky HansenAug 22, 2025
If you're not getting sound, or very little sound, from the center speaker of your Integra Receiver, check the connection between the amplifier and the speaker. Ensure that the listening mode is not set to STEREO; choose another mode. Make sure the CENTER level isn't set to minimum, and confirm that CENTER SPEAKER is set to LARGE or SMALL, not NONE.

How to fix Integra DTR-5 when it has no power?
    • V
      vmarshallAug 25, 2025
If your Integra Receiver has no power, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the AC outlet and the receiver itself. If that doesn't work, try turning the power off and on again, or unplugging and re-plugging the AC cord to address potential external noise in the circuits.

    Chelsey DixonAug 26, 2025
Why is my Integra DTR-5 Receiver producing a hum or low-frequency noise?
    • M
      Matthew ReedAug 26, 2025
If you are experiencing hum or low-frequency noise with your Integra Receiver, check the outer conductor of the input plugs for a poor or missing ground. Also, verify the ground connection of your phono motor, if applicable. Try adjusting the placement of the audio connection cables on the rear panel to minimize hum.

Why Integra DTR-5 Receiver TUNED and STEREO indicators light but sound distorted?
    • M
      Mariah MoralesAug 28, 2025
If your Integra Receiver's TUNED and STEREO indicators light up, but the sound is distorted and stereo separation is poor, try switching to an FM indoor antenna, as the station might be too strong. If the issue persists, especially in areas with tall buildings or mountains, use an antenna with better directivity and find a location where the distortion is minimal.

How to stop Integra DTR-5 Receiver from howling when volume is high?
    • K
      kennethparkerAug 30, 2025

Why do Integra DTR-5 TUNED and STEREO indicators flicker with FM hiss?
    • H
      hlaneSep 1, 2025
If your Integra Receiver's TUNED and STEREO indicators flicker and you hear hiss on FM, the station may be too weak. Try installing an outdoor FM antenna. Adjust the position or direction of the outdoor antenna, keeping in mind that stereo FM broadcasts have a shorter range than ordinary broadcasts.

What to do if Integra DTR-5 Receiver remote control not working?
    • S
      Scott RodgersSep 3, 2025

Why does my Integra Receiver have rough or scratchy sound?
    • G
      Gregory HernandezSep 5, 2025
If you are experiencing a rough or scratchy sound, or the high range isn't clear on your Integra Receiver, the stylus of your turntable pick-up may be worn. If so, replace it. The turntable stylus tip might also be dirty, so try cleaning it. Also, turn the treble control down.
