CAUTION!
–DONOTovertightenthemountinghardware.This
willdamagethemountingbracket.
1.RemovethequickreleasepinAfromthemastmountingbracket
B(DetailA).
2.LiftthehookCsecuringthehangerbarDtothemast.
ThehangerbarisnotshowninthehookinDetailA.
3.RemovethecapsE,boltF,washersGandnutHfromthe
mountingbracketIontheboomJ(DetailB).
ThebottomofthehydraulicpumpassemblyKwill
alreadybeassembledtothemastmountingbracket
(DetailC).
4.Lift-upontheboomandplaceitonyourleftshoulder.
5.Letthehydraulicpumprestontheright-sideofyourchestand
rotatetheshaftextensionLofthehydraulicpumpassembly
untilitlines-upwiththemountingbracketholesontheboom.
6.Aligntheholesofthemountingbracketwiththoseoftheshaft
extension
7.Installthebolt,washers,nutandcaps.
Besurethattheboltiscompletelythroughtheholesof
theboommountingbracketandthemanual/hydraulic
pumpassembly.Theboomassemblywillpivoteasilyifthe
mountinghardwareisalignedproperlywhentheboomis
securedtothemast.
