If it is not 0.0%, it is determined by P15.17. 100.0%
corresponds to the rated motor current.
If the target frequency and the absolute value of the
ramp frequency is less than or equal to P15.19,
and the current corresponding to the current
frequency is less than P15.17, after the time set by
P15.16, it will report underload fault; otherwise, it
will operate normally. If the state is not continuous,
the delay counting will be cleared automatically.

The operation time and reset time are counted at
the same time during underload, and it is bigger
than P15.16 generally to ensure underload
pre-warning will be reported. After the time set by
P15.18-P15.16, it will reset. If the value is the same
