5. MOUNTING THE KSU AND EKSU
Once all option boards have been installed in the KSU and EKSU, the KSUs can be mounted.
The KSUs can be desk, wall or rack mounted. While the KSUs may be desk mounted this is
general not recommended and Wall and Rack mount provide added safety and optimal
operation environment.
NOTE
While access to the interior of the KSU may be required during the initial power up, we
recommend that the KSU cover be installed during mounting or moving the KSU.
5.1 KSU Exterior and Dimension
The following Figure 5.1-1 provides the external dimensions of the KSU, which are the same
for EKSU, to determining clearance.
