oil
change
• Remove the guard
and
drain
the
oil
through plug I into a container.
• Change oil filter

• Before fitting the new cartridge smear
the
seal
with engine
oil.
• Hand tighten the cartridge until it
touches the mounting
and
then screw
it
in
3/4
of
a turn.
•
Withdraw
dipstick
3.
•
Refill
with new oil through filler 4
(see
table on
page
72).

Fuel
filter replacement
• Replace filter I
and
air-bleed
the
system,
if
necessary Proceed
as
follows:
• Loosen screw

Work
on
lev~
3
of
feed pump.
• Retighten screw
2.
• Continue
to
work
on lever 3 until the
feed pump starts idling.
Warning!
In
case
of
engine stop owing
to
lack
of
fuel (and air inlet into the pipes),
slac-
.
ken
the
pipe sockets
of
at least
two
injectors.
Simulate starting,
and
once bleeding
is
com-
pleted, retighten the pipe
sockets.
