8. Loosen hose clamp (13), and disconnect overflow
hose (12) from radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (14).
9. Loosen hose clamp (15), and disconnect hose (19)
from radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (14).
10. Remove two screws (9), lock washers (10), and flat
washers (11), and remove the overflow tank
assembly (7) from radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (14).
11. Loosen hose clamp (16), and disconnect air intake
hose (17) from radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (14).
12. Disconnect hydraulic hose (18) from
radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (14).
13. Remove seal (8) from radiator/hydraulic oil cooler
(14).

14. Support the radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (20).
15. Remove four (two each side) screws (21), lock
washers (22), and flat washers (23) from
radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (20).
16. Remove three screws (29), lock washers (30), and
flat washers (31) from the bottom of
radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (20).
17. Remove radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (20).
NOTES
• Perform steps 18 through 24 if removing the radiator
mounting plates.
• Go to step 21 if disassembly of the radiator/hydraulic
oil cooler is required.
18. Remove hood seal (34).
19. Remove four screws (24), lock washers (25), and flat
washers (26).
20. Remove hood seal plate (33) and radiator mounting
plates (27 and 32) from chassis (28).
